Dr. Rediker is the Distinguished Professor of Atlantic History at the University of Pittsburg. He has written or edited eighteen books. His writings have won numerous awards and have been published in twenty-one languages worldwide. In addition to his prolific publications, Dr. Rediker has also produced two documentaries, written a play and co-authored children's books and graphic novels.
